Program Overview:

Name: Youth Opportunity (YES)

Duration: 1 YEAR

Location: Different provinces

 

Responsibilities:

-Enroll in a comprehensive training program designed to improve your leadership abilities, development as a person, and knowledge of the retail sector.

-Take part in practical, hands-on activities in multiple TFG departments to gain knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of different departments. -As you progress through the program, you will collaborate with seasoned experts and mentors who are dedicated to your growth and who will provide guidance and support.

-Take part in projects, events, and campaigns that are meant to improve the lives of youth, increase community engagement, and foster a sense of corporate social responsibility.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

-Grade 12 completion is the minimal educational requirement.

-Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 in order to be considered.

-committed to the retail sector, one’s own personal development, and the advancement of others into leadership roles.

-excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

-exhibited the ability to work successfully both independently and in a group setting.

-individuals who are competent, flexible, and eager to try new things.
