Job Description

To increase, oversee, and retrain both new and existing clients in order to reach the necessary sales targets that support the expansion of the business as a whole and provide top-notch client care.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • to guarantee that the Dealership and Brand are aggressively advertised and promoted within the designated, authorized target market.
  • to enter the car industry with professionalism, training, and organization.
  • to locate new clients and keep hold of existing ones in order to increase sales.
  • to guarantee that the Manufacturer’s and Dealer’s requirements are upheld that benchmark customer satisfaction is reached.
  • Reach and surpass the desired number of sales units and initial gross profit.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric/Grade 12 essential,
  • Higher education certification (Preferred),
  • a current driver’s license,
  • VW: It will be advantageous if VW Sales certification is obtained.
  • Vehicle Sales by Brand – > 1.5 Years.
  • a track record of consistently having a CSI rating higher than the country.
