Role Purpose:

Telephonic communication with client base to provide accurate product information in line with standards protocols.

Are you someone who can:

  • Drive significant expansion and profitability within the framework of cost control.
  • Expenses and costs should be managed within the agreed budget to generate cost savings.
  • Provide great service that goes above and beyond what the customer expects by using timely, suitable, and inventive solutions.
  • All client inquiries should be promptly and effectively resolved.
  • To support and reach pertinent product and service goals, maintain expert knowledge on certain items, price, application process, processing, and schedules.
  • Make sure all communications with clients are courteous and professional.
  • Ensure client investigation deadlines are met and consultant keeps the client continually in the loop.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
  • Ensure efficiency of service productivity and performance in Call Centre.
  • Ensure that all issues or feedback arising out of client contact be accurately recorded on the CRM system.
  • Report on required Call Centre activities and deliveries to improve business results.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • possess a 12 th.
  • two years of relevant experience.
  • A person cannot be an insolvent with no hope of recovery.
  • own a personal lines background (which does not include medical insurance, life cover)
  • Must have recent experience.
  • completed both the RE5 and the FAIS qualification.
