Motus Alberton Multifranchise is seeking a trainee or administrative assistant: Sales
As a trainee or sales assistant, your job is to counsel clients and present them with customized solutions. You will receive thorough product training for this reason so that you are knowledgeable about the many models, accessories, and choices. Along with receiving sales training, you will learn how to create and preserve relationships with customers by providing them with an outstanding experience.
As a trainee or sales assistant, you have the chance to grow professionally over time. We provide frequent feedback, coaching, mentorship, and chances for ongoing education to help you develop your abilities and reach your objectives.
Specific Role Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Help with managing customers and sales.
- Help the firm grow so that it can meet monthly sales goals.
- Help in implementing targeted tactics to maintain and expand the current clientele.
- Maintain current customer relationships and help prospects find new ones.
- Help in selling the characteristics and advantages of the car.
- Help address client inquiries and get over concerns.
- Control client expectations to guarantee efficient service delivery.
- marketing through promotions, approved digital platforms, and social media.
- Participate in sales meetings on a regular basis.
- Participate in any required additional developmental training as well as pertinent OEM and business training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of Matric or Grade 12
- Years of Experience: 0–1
- a legitimate driver’s license
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Computer literacy is necessary.
- Communication abilities, both written and spoken
