In this Sales Support Administrator position
- You will respond to general inquiries from clients.
- In order to determine a prospect’s revenue potential, you will qualify them (based on Sales Steering/Performance Teams’ priorities) based on factors such as product usage, volumes, key lanes, regions, contact information, and business type.
- To send notifications to lead originators and sales organizations, you will record call details and input qualifying results into iSell.
- You will use the supplied captured information in iSell to clean up the lead list and data.
- In addition to delivering sales data, you will be creating a daily list of qualified sales leads and assigning leads in iSell to the sales department.
- Campaign calls will be made to potential clients who have not been assigned to a sales representative.
- In order to achieve national sales objectives, you will coordinate and adjust to local, global, and regional market communication plans.
- You will oversee the upkeep of the facilities, equipment, and office supplies.
- Along with helping to manage sales tracking systems, you will be creating and keeping an eye on performance metrics for the sales team and employees.
- You will keep an eye on the KPIs for the sales department, report on them, and take care of the PD Board.
- You will be entering data for metrics, sales figures, and other pertinent information and keeping an accessible and well-organized filing system.
- You will be producing proposals, creating estimates, costings, and rate proposals in addition to preparing business reviews.
- You’ll take care of administrative tasks and follow up on any issues that come up.
- You will be arranging conferences and meetings with customers.
- Prepare customer documentation and assist with the customer’s planning and implementation process in order to support the customer contract.
Now, here’s what we need from you
- Must have a Grade 12.
- one to three years’ experience in the clearing and forwarding industry
